Human Migration process is continuous.
Sometimes, with natural or unnatural events cause increase in migration process.
Sometimes people are displaced seeking refuge.
The war in Ukraine displaced enormous amount of people in a very short time. At the same time, population of Poland increased by nearly 10%. All of that brings new challenges to the medical system but also for the refugees and people helping them.
Understanding medical needs of the refugees and building solutions for their wellbeing could in future provide scope for new migrant crisis. But this conference is also about sharing the experience – from perspective of NGOs/ GOV working with Refugees but also from perspective of those who
took care of migrants for years – in US, Europe.
